The Rogers' Favorite Weeknight Dinners
/I’m not entirely sure who benefits more from this post? You or me… because now I have all out easy weeknight dinner recipes in one place. I swear these few meals are on repeat at our house and this is essentially what we eat all the time!! We have leftovers or salads for lunches too!
Spaghetti Squash (or zucchini noodles) w/ Turkey Meatballs (or just meat sauce)
Burgers (we rotate between beef, turkey, and chicken burgers) either lettuce wrapped or with revolution rolls + veggies
Omelets + Veggies
Chicken + Bell peppers + lettuce leaf “tacos” + salsa + laughing cow cheese (or with zucchini taco shells)
Steak + Veggies (we make all our vegetables in this air fryer!!) - Amazon link
Cauliflower pizzas (either premade crusts from Whole Foods (“outer aisle” brand) or I make my own using this recipe)
Salads w/ protein - this is our favorite salad dressing
Bell pepper nachos (we make it with ground beef or turkey)
